Being a girl that suffers from anxiety managing my time is so important to receive stress and decrease any panic attacks. Setting out time for you daily activities and being organized helps you be more productive in your days and allows you to make time to workout and meal prep. You don't always have to eat unhealthy while your out. There are a ton of healthy options out there. Just be sure to check labels and know your portions. There are a few great semi healthy places I like to go to in Philly like Chic Fila, Muscle Maker Grill, Chipotle, Fuel, Snap Kitchen, Panara Bread, and Salad Works. Other restaurants you can always choose a salad or some grilled meat with veggies. Be smart with your choices
