OMG today is the last day of voting then the official elimination begins. AHH thanks my lovely cousin for this recipe who 100% supports my goals and made these for me. Ingredients 1 scoop of Chocolate shakeology (I used vegan) 1 medium banana 1 TBSP of unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 vanilla extract 1 tsp peppermint extract 1 TBSP unsweetened almond milk. Metabolism boosting drink 🥃
💥1 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar (w/ mother)
💥6 oz water
💥2 oz 100% organic apple juice
💥1 tsp cinnamon
💥dash of cayenne pepper I drink this in the AM as soon as I wake up
Ingredients: - 1 (15 oz) can of chickpeas/garbanzo beans. Rinsed and drained.
- 1/4 cup of butter (or extra virgin coconut oil)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup of maple syrup
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 pinch sea salt

AHH week 13 I am taking my pictures tomorrow and submitting them then the wait starts for voting day which is September 18th. Today I got my first spray tan.
