OC3 Challenge Week 1

Week 1 of my 12 week competition has went very well except my cravings for a cheat meal. Week 1 of detoxing from bad food is always hard but I know I will get through. The food for the challenge was very easy and fast to make. I cannot complain every dish I have made was delicious except for the chicken enchilada pasta. It was my least favorite only because of the tomato taste. My only concern as far as the eating plan is not having the guidance of macros and how much I should be eating daily. I am fearful they I may be eating too much or too little to get results but I know with each week I will get better with knowing what I can eat. This week I didn't do well with eating my veggies since most of the recipes I have chosen did not have much veggies but a little but of onions, I will work on increasing my veggie intake for week 2. The workouts are challenging but easy to follow. Takes me about 30-60 minutes to get them done and they definitely made me sweat. In am thinking after week 3 if I don't see a huge progress I will add some more lifting to burn some more fat.

Week 1 Results: Not too proud of these since I don't see a huge change but its only week 1. I am down 2 lbs and 2 inches
