OC3 Challenge Week 2

Week 12of my 12 week competition is complete. This week went better than last week. Not as many cravings to bad food this week thank god. I kept most of my meals the same as last week just switched up my snacks and added some veggies to my life. The workouts have gotten intense but doable. My only fears is that I will lose some muscle so I might add in a little more weight after week 3. I am still afraid of not counting calories or macros so after week 3 if I don't see a huge difference I will start tracking my macros.

Week 2 Results: I am down 4 lbs and 6 inches
