OC3 Challenge Week 3
Week 3 is complete wow going into week 4 already. These weeks are going fast but I still have 9 weeks to go. Im seeing a lot of progress but decided to add in some weights this week. I have been lifting for about 20 minutes then doing a mixture of ploy/cardio for about 20-30 minutes. workouts only takes me about 1 hour. As far as my eating its getting better with adding some veggies. I decided to just eat the same as last week because I enjoyed the meals. I will mix it up a but for week 4 then week 5 I will be in New Orleans but plan to stay within my meal plan. I have too much to lose to steer off from my challenge. It will be all worth it.
