WHAT? treats are allowed when you are on a DIET? Absolutely because you are NOT on a diet you are living a healthy lifestyle and there are many ways to make healthy treats. Check out my Paleo brownies and apple pie muffins. They were delicious

Paleo Brownies

Makes 6 servings


1 cup almond butter

1/3 cup maple syrup

1 egg

2 tbsp ghee

1 tsp vanilla

1/3 cup of cocoa powder

1/2 tsp baking soda


1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

2. In a large bowel combine all ingredients and pour into a 9 inch pan and bake for 20-30 mins.

3. Let cool and enjoy

Gluten Free Apple Pie Muffins

Makes 20 Muffins


5 cups gluten free oatmeal

1.2 cup of raisins

2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup ground flaxseeds

1 tsp baking powder

1 cup crushed walnuts

2 scoops protein powder

2 1/2 cups od apple sauce

3 cups almond milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 eggs

2 medium size apples diced


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Combine all ingredients and pour batter into cup -lined muffins tins and bake for 34-40 mins.

3. Let cool and enjoy
