OC3 Challenge Week 4
AHHHH week 4 is complete crazy how fast this challenge is going. Its been 28 days without a cheat meal and I'm no longer having any cravings. I am enjoying all the meals and workouts. This week I added another trainers workout since the first 3 weeks was more cardio and I missed weights. In also feared of losing some muscle mass so decided to get some lifting in. This week I was doing about a hour workout with a mixture of lifting and cardio. As far as meals I decided to stick with the same thing since I enjoyed it. For week 5 I will be in New Orleans for most of the week. Its going to be tough but I prepped some foods, plan to workout in the morning and only eat veggies and protein.
Week 4 Results: I decided not to take measurements or weigh myself from now on just pictures.
Heres is my week 4 overview of food and workouts. I didn't change what I ate because I enjoyed it all. Just added some different treats.
