OC3 Challenge Week 6

Week 6 is is complete only 6 more weeks to go. I am feeling really confident that I will be the WINNER. These next 6 weeks I will be changing my routine a lot because I have not been seeing the changes that I want. Save September 18th its going to be a HUGE day for me. I will need all your love and support.

Week 6 Results: I decided not to take measurements or weigh myself from now on just pictures.

Heres is my week 6 overview of food and workouts. I didn't change what I ate because I enjoyed it all.

Breakfast: Apple Pie OverNight Oats

Lunch: Fried rice with chicken

Dinner: Chicken tenders and kale

Snack: Banana Muffins
