Reading food labels are extremely important for your health and to have the knowledge of what you are putting into your body, When I was living the unhealthy lifestyle I too did not know anything about a food label until I changed my lifestyle just about 5 years ago. I was amazed with the amount of calories, sodium, and sugars I was taking in because I was eating way more than one serving. Before you put whatever food you have in your grocery cart make sure you check the label first. If you cannot pronounce whats in your food you should not be eating it. Start with the servings size and always look at your sugars and sodium which is the most important to me especially for a flat tummy.
