OC3 Challenge Week 7

Week 7 is complete and only 5 more weeks to go. The big voting day is coming up on September 18th. I have ramped up my workouts with lifting more heavier and lowering my sugars, sodium and carbs. I have successfully drank at least a gallon of water daily which is a huge accomplishment for me. I feel great and cannot wait to see the huge changes in my body with he changes I have made in my routine. I made my meal plan really simple this week with carb cycling

Overnight oats with almond milk and blue berries

Egg whites

1/2 strawberries

Post workout

Protein shake with almond milk and 1/2 cherries

Lunch

Chicken, sweet potatoes and kale

Snack apple with almond butter

Dinner

Chicken and broccoli
