OC3 Challenge Week 8

Only 4 more weeks to go until I submit my pictures. I feel like I'm progress for sure now. Need to work on lowering my sodium anyway that I can so that my abs show and work more on the core. Workouts are still good just added a bit more cardio and lifting on top of the workouts given to me. Really all I can think about is my treat meal to hooters. I feel really confident in may results and in the love and support I get from my social media, friends and family. Save the date September 18th voting starts.

My results for week 7 and my week in review with meals and workouts

Food remained the same for this week and will remain the same for the next 4 weeks so there is no guess work or confusion.

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays I ate a low carb meal plan.

Post workout

Chicken and kale

Dinner

Wednesdays and Saturdays

Overnight oats with almond milk and blue berries

Egg whites

1/2 strawberries

Post workout

Protein shake with almond milk and 1/2 cherries

Lunch

Chicken, sweet potatoes and kale

Snack apple with almond butter

Dinner

Chicken and kale
