OC3 Challenge Week 9
Oh my 3 more weeks until I submit my picture, Few days ago I sat down to analyze my sodium intake and notices egg whites has WAY to much sodium so I cut that out of my meal plan an just added some greek yogurt. Workouts are great just adding more abs workouts and playing around with TRX. Lets see how my body changed from lowering my sodium and sugars. I do feel great when I look in the mirror but still want to be leaner and have defined abs for my picture. We are on crunch time.

Food remained the same for this week and will remain the same for the next 3 weeks so there is no guess work or confusion. Only switched out egg whites for yogurt.
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays I ate a low carb meal plan.

Chicken and kale

Tbsp of Almond butter
Wednesdays and Saturdays

Overnight oats with almond milk and blue berries
Greek Yogurt
1/2 strawberries
Post workout
Protein shake with almond milk and 1/2 cherries
Lunch
Chicken, sweet potatoes and kale
Snack apple with almond butter
Dinner
Chicken and kale
