OMG I only have 21 days left to submit my pictures. I am getting leaner but still working on my abs. I have lowered my sodium and sugars in huge amounts. My meals have been on points and I'm still working really hard on my workouts. Yesterday was my bday and I didn't have anything bad just extra scoop of PB and one extra carb thats is freaking HUGE dedication right there. I am now sure how much more my body will change in the next 21 days but Im going to keep working hard.
Food remained the same for this week and will remain the same for the next 3 weeks so there is no guess work or confusion.
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays I ate a low carb meal plan.
