AHHH September 9th I will be submitting my pictures then Sept 18th voting day one. I am getting so nervous but excited for the day to finally be here. I am definitely feeling amazing and I see some more definition. Hoping my abs really form in a few days. I plan to do more abs exercises, get a spray tan and start to deplete my water the last week for my picture.
Food remained the same for this week and will remain the same for the next 3 weeks so there is no guess work or confusion.
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays I ate a low carb meal plan.
