OC3 Challenge Week 13

AHH week 13 I am taking my pictures tomorrow and submitting them then the wait starts for voting day which is September 18th. Today I got my first spray tan. I am hoping that my muscles pop out and I look amazing in my pictures. I am so scared and nervous but I will remain confident. I have been getting so much love and support. I'm so ready for this to get started. My workouts this week 25 mins fasted cardio, 10-15 mins abs and 45 mins lifting. My eating has been the same just added some asparagus and lowering my water intake. Wish me luck
