Healthy Thin Mints

AHH thanks my lovely cousin for this recipe who 100% supports my goals and made these for me.


1 scoop of Chocolate shakeology (I used vegan)

1 medium banana

1 TBSP of unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 vanilla extract

1 tsp peppermint extract

1 TBSP unsweetened almond milk.


Mash banana in a bowl with vanilla, peppermint, almond milk. In a large bowl, mix shakeo and cocoa powder. Stir the wet mixture into the shakeo using a rubber spatula, until it looks like dough. You can flatten it in between sarran wrap and two boards, then use the cookie cutter to shape cookies or you can just make little balls up to you, ENJOY
