4 years ago I was struggling to find myself. Stuck In a very demanding nursing position that put me into depression. Each and every day that I had to work a 12 hour shift I couldn't sleep the night before and I was filled with anxiety entering those hospital doors praying that I had a good day. Out of my 7 years of nursing I can say 95% of the time was a bad day. I lost my passion and wanted to find a way out.
I then found fitness along the way and as I started to workout and eat right I started to feel like me again. Everyone started to notice the difference in me and asked me what I was doing so I told the world and shared my story in hopes that I can inspire those woman who were feeling the same way I did. It all started because I wanted to love myself but now I have a mission to inspire and motivate woman to reach their dreams and empower them to make a difference in the lives of others. I never imagined the life I live today. I honestly never expected to leave my nursing career but when you find something you love you want to give it your all.
There's not many people who would step out of their comfort zones to do what I do. Many have fears of not being fit enough or not wanting to be a sales person. Honestly when I started I was 30lbs over weight and I went to school to be a nurse not a sales person. Anyone can do what I do l, you just have to want to help yourself and others.
I'm looking to mentor 10 woman this month to help them reach their fitness goals as well as create an extra income for whatever they may need it for. For me it has helped eliminate 72k of debt, travel frequently and leave a job I no longer loved.
What do you want it to do for you? Are you willing to give it a try? You never know what will happen if you say yes.
