Being active and fueling your body with healthy foods not only makes you look amazing physically but internally you feel like you are on top of the 🌎
I want to remind you that I don’t love to work out and I absolutely love 🍕 🍪 and Hooters. You don’t have to eat salads every single day. Don’t you remember I hate vegetables. You also don’t need to drink shakes 🥤all day I definitely eat real food. So don’t get stuck on those smoothie “diets” because if you’re not eating enough food you will definitely gain the weight back. I am not on a strict diet I’m all about a healthy lifestyle. I call it the 80/20 rule. I work out six times a week at least 30mins a day even when I don’t feel like it because it makes me feel good and look good. 🏋🏻♀️
It is definitely a lot of work to live a healthy lifestyle but don’t get caught up with these easy quick scheme’s. There is no pill, no wrap, or shake that’s are going to get you where you want to be. 🤯 That’s all short term if you really want to be healthy you need to learn how to work out and eat right.
As a fitness coach I hear all the excuses in the 🌍 . I call them excuses 🙅🏻♀️because I know so many people who continue eat right and work out even with those same obstacles that you are using excuses for. You have the time and you have the money. ✌🏻Let’s just be real and say you’re not ready and your health is not a priority just yet.
