Ahhh bloat be gone I’m almost back to normal. No more 🤰 belly. See the effects that bad food 🥘 can do to your tummy? I’m not 100% back but I’m definitely feeling a bit better. I love food so much but when I get bloated like that I get some regrets 🙅🏻♀️. I work so hard for my results that it almost looks like I throw it all away with just one day of eating bad. Thankfully it’s only really water💦 retention and air🌬 but I’m contemplating if I should have one more cheat meal before January since I’ll be really strict for 80 days with my lovefit ladies. We shall see. If I do it will be my usual. Can you guess?
