I have been sharing my love fit girls transformations so might as well share mine. I’m slowly progressing since I’m actually eating to gain. I’m eating way more food then the girl on the left and already having awesome changes in just 19 days.
The girl on the left was eating 1200-1500 calories and eating cookies and hooters on the weekend. The girl on the right is eating 1800-2000 calories. See the difference in fueling your body the right foods?
What do I do? Workout at home, eat delicious portioned meals, and replace 1 snack with a shake.
