Learn to love yourself
When you lose the weight you want and become more healthier by working out šš»āāļø daily and fueling ā½ļø your body with healthier food š„ you become more confident and comfortable in your own skin. The year of 2012 I was 35lbs over weight and hid from the mirror like it was the plague. I would put on clothes then take them off again to try to find an outfit that would suit my rolls. Today i wake up and go straight to the mirror and admire my body because I worked so hard for it. It deserves attention š Be in love with yourself everyday.
Coaching gave me the opportunity to be FIT and LOVE my BODY but also created the Freedom of that horrible 12 hour shift GRIND. I now HUSTLE for myself.
