This girl right here loves her cheat meals. She’s super healthy, works out 6 days a week and eats great 80% of the time but to open up some skeletons in my closet I suffer from binge eating on my cheat meals. Yup I over do it and can’t stop myself. I eat until I can’t anymore and then try to make room for cookies 🤦🏻♀️ Then I’m sleeping sitting up because the bloating is severe and I feel like I’m 5 months pregnant 🤰Then I’m back to my day 1 pictures 😢
CRAZY right but it’s me and I struggle too I’m not perfect and I never want to portray this perfect fitness coach. I’m real I’m raw and I will share with you everything so that you know I’m human. I definitely would have to say that I’m thankful I’m more healthy today because I would be in serious trouble if I wasn’t working out or eating pretty good. I’m now going through a new journey to overcome this because we all know it’s no good. I’ll be going through some testing to figure out what foods I shouldn’t be eating and charging up my entire meal plan due to some huge issues with my digestion and I’ll be sharing it with you all so make sure you check my stories daily.
