Why Self Care

It’s extremely important to practice self care. I have to admit I have been awful these past couple months πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ. I have been focusing so much on goals and forgot to take care of myself. I already feel the negative effects of putting business πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ’» before me. High anxiety, extreme back pain and these damn annoying unattractive dark circles. So time to focus on me. I plan to get my hair πŸ’‡πŸ»β€β™€οΈ and nails πŸ’…πŸΌ done, get acupuncture, practice Aerial yoga πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈand have a girls night πŸ‘―β€β™€οΈ at least once a month. Also take a relaxing bath πŸ›€vs a shower 🚿 , practice reiki, listen to more personal development, meditate, use my bed of nails and take cbd daily. I know I will be a better online coach when I give myself ME time.
