I use to sabotage my results on weekends with hooters and insomnia cookies. I consistently worked out but just mentally couldn’t 100% stick to healthy eating because I deprived myself of things I loved.
This year I said NO MORE bullshit Jasyra time to be the woman you want to be. Time to be on oxygen magazine like you have dreamed of for 3 years. Time to be the empowering woman that inspires everyone that they are capable of accomplishing their goals and dreams. I will never go back to the girl you see on this before picture. I refuse to let myself down again.
