If you didn’t believe I was the most unhealthy person ever here is proof. 6 donuts that my husband promised me for going to the gym πŸ˜‚ How did the girl who hated to workout or eat right turn to the woman you see today πŸ˜‚πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ Rajohn and I went to the gym that morning maybe did an hour workout of something that wasn't effective because honestly we didn't know what we were doing in the gym. We would jump from machine to machine not knowing exactly what we were doing and now having the knowledge we have now we were doing it all wrong. I find so many of my friends and family that go to the gym without a game plan. They do the treadmill or elliptical for about 30 mins to an

mp on different machines then go hit up a fast food place right after. They might get some results because they are at least doing something different from before or maybe no results then quickly stop going and waste money on gym membership fees This is the ongoing trend with gyms WHY ????? because you get no guidance. You don't know what your doing and you don't know how to change up your eating habits. Creating your own workouts are hard and actually takes a lot of education. Stop trying to do this on your own and open up that you need help if not you will continue in this on going train that's getting you no where. Trust me that was ME and I was fed up so I reached out for help and look at me now. If your tired of trying thongs that don’t work get help.
