Kids Friendly Workout

How to motivate your child to workout. Children love to follow your lead. It’s important to start them early but if you are introducing workouts to them now ask them to do 5 moves that they like to do. Do each move 3-5x and repeat 3x. Record so that they are motivated to keep going. Kids love to be in videos especially if it’s tiktok. Don’t give up it’s important that you and your children are healthy for a better future.
